About BRIER

BRIER is software for financial planning, simulation, scenario modeling, and educational decision support. Brier Systems LLC currently makes BRIER available only in the United States.

Informational and educational use

Information and outputs from BRIER are informational and educational. BRIER does not provide individualized investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, not allow unauthorized access to your account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access where appropriate.

Simulations and financial information

Financial projections, simulations, estimates, and scenario outputs are based on assumptions, user-provided information, models, and other inputs that may be incomplete or inaccurate. Actual financial, tax, market, and life outcomes may differ materially from modeled results.

Simulations do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

Acceptable use

You may not use BRIER unlawfully; attempt to compromise, bypass, or interfere with its security; access accounts, systems, or information without authorization; disrupt or abuse the service; conduct malicious automated activity; or infringe the rights of others.

User information

You retain ownership of information you provide. You grant Brier Systems only the limited rights necessary to host, process, reproduce, and otherwise use submitted information to operate, secure, support, and improve BRIER consistent with the Privacy Policy. Brier Systems does not claim ownership of your financial data.

Brier Systems intellectual property

BRIER, its software, design, branding, and content provided by Brier Systems remain owned by Brier Systems or applicable licensors.

Service changes and availability

BRIER is in alpha and pre-release development. Features may change, and functionality may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Service interruptions may occur.

Third-party services

BRIER may depend on third-party infrastructure or services and may optionally integrate with third-party services. Where applicable, those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Suspension and termination

Brier Systems may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, unlawful activity, material violations of these Terms, or risks to BRIER or other users. You may stop using the service.

Feedback

Brier Systems may use product feedback you voluntarily submit to improve BRIER without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated user data.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as BRIER evolves. Brier Systems will revise the Last Updated date and communicate material changes where appropriate.
